Account

How long does account approval take?
Typically within 24 hours on business days. You'll receive an email once activated.
Can I change my username?
Usernames form part of your profile URL and cannot be changed after registration. Contact us for exceptional cases.
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings → Account. If you've forgotten it, use the Forgot Password page.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete Account. All data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Links & QR

My link shows "Not Found".
Check that the link status is set to Public. Private links are only accessible when logged in.
Can I use a custom slug?
Yes — enter your preferred slug when creating a link. Lowercase, numbers, hyphens only.
How do I password-protect a link?
Set status to "Password" and enter a password when creating or editing the link.
Can I update the destination without changing the short URL?
Yes. Edit the link and change Destination URL — the slug and QR code stay the same.

What's the difference between plans?
Free: 10 links · Developer: 50 links + API · Pro: unlimited + custom domain + priority support.
How do I get my API key?
Settings → API. Requires Developer plan or higher.

Privacy

What data is collected about link visitors?
Device type, country, city, referrer, timestamp. Raw IPs not retained beyond 90 days.
How do I request my data?
Email us. We fulfill data export requests within 30 days (GDPR Art. 15).
